Probably the most popular episode of "W.K.R.P. in Cincinnati" was their first season Thanksgiving episode in which a publicity stunt featuring a turkey giveaway goes terribly wrong. The entire crisis stems from a little misunderstanding regarding what turkeys can and can't do. Even though they are considered birds turkeys can't fly, a fact the staff at WKRP didn't really consider.
